1. Introduction

Fynsight is operated by FYNSIGHT LLP (UEN: T26LL0593J), a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore with its registered office at 118 Tai Keng Gardens, Singapore 535399 ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), company details, locale and timezone preferences.

Business data you upload: marketplace order reports, settlement files, and related e-commerce data needed for reconciliation. This may incidentally include customer names or order references contained in your files.

Billing data: subscription plan, payment history. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Affiliate data: for affiliates, payout details (e.g. PayPal email or bank info) you provide for commission payments.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps, and activity logs used for security and audit purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the reconciliation service; process billing and affiliate payouts; send service emails (account, security, billing notifications); respond to support requests; and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data and do not use your uploaded business data for advertising.

4. Emails

We send transactional emails necessary to operate your account (sign-in codes, password resets, billing notices, security alerts). Lifecycle or marketing emails include an unsubscribe option where required.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the platform: hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data under their own privacy and security obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed or anonymised after a short recovery window, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or audit purposes (e.g. payout history). Activity logs are pruned automatically per our retention settings.

7. Security

We protect data with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, role-based staff access, and audit logging of administrative actions. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, security (CSRF protection), and remembering preferences such as language and trusted devices. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights

You may access and correct your personal data via your account settings, request a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or request deletion by closing your account or contacting us. We respond to PDPA requests within a reasonable time.

10. International Transfers

Our servers may be located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure a comparable standard of protection as required under the PDPA.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
